About NetQuiid
What is NetQuiid?
NetQuiid is a UK money app that answers one question: based on what's coming in and what's going out, what can you safely spend right now? It also tracks your bills, subscriptions and free trials, helps you cancel what you no longer want and helps you ask for a lower price on your bills.
Is NetQuiid available yet?
NetQuiid is in private beta, opened on 29 October 2026. We invite people from the waitlist in small groups. This website is where you can join, follow progress and help shape what comes next.
What can NetQuiid do today?
- Show what's safe to spend today, after the bills still to come and a buffer you choose.
- Show your balance 7, 30 or 90 days ahead on a Money Timeline, with your lowest point.
- Let you try a what-if, like a big purchase or a late payday, before it happens.
- Plan with income that varies, using the lowest amount you expect.
- Put every bill and subscription on one month calendar.
- Help you cancel any subscription with the provider's official steps, including free App Store and Google Play steps, or a ready-written cancellation email. On NetQuiid Plus, you can sign a cancellation letter and we post it to the provider for you.
- Help you ask for a lower price on bills like broadband, mobile and insurance, with your case, a call script and a ready-written email. On NetQuiid Plus, you can sign a request and we send it to the provider for you.
- Warn you before a free trial starts charging, a contract ends or a price goes up.
- Answer questions about your money using figures from your own information, and add a bill, a free trial, a reminder or money you're owed when you ask, saved only when you confirm.
- Track refunds and money you're owed.
- Once your bank is connected, find overdraft interest and charges and help you ask your bank for them back.
- Let you share chosen bills with the people you live with, while everything else stays private.
Members can see the full roadmap and vote on what we build next.
What does Safe-to-Spend mean?
Safe-to-Spend is the amount you could spend now after allowing for your upcoming bills, commitments and a safety buffer you choose. You can see it until payday, for the next 7 days or to the end of the month. It works with weekly, fortnightly, monthly and varying income: if your pay varies, NetQuiid plans with the lowest amount you expect.
It's a careful estimate from the figures you give, not a guarantee of what your bank will show. Tap the number in the app to see every step.
Any figures you see on this website, such as £214, are examples only.
Can NetQuiid cancel a subscription for me?
Yes. On every plan, NetQuiid shows you the provider's own steps, including free App Store and Google Play steps, with no limit. On Free it also writes one cancellation email a month for you to send; on Plus, as many as you need.
On NetQuiid Plus, Cancel for me goes further: up to twice a month, you sign a letter in the app and we post it to the provider for you, where we've confirmed their correct address, such as BT, Sky, Virgin Media, EE mobile and Three. The letter covers only the service you choose and never includes passwords or card details.
Leaving a mobile network? We ask first how you're leaving. Switching with a PAC or STAC code needs no letter at all, because your new network ends the old plan for you.
We only call something cancelled when the provider confirms it in writing. Your contract's notice period and any charges still apply.

Launch and availability
When will NetQuiid launch?
NetQuiid opened its private beta on 29 October 2026. We're inviting people from the waitlist in small groups first, and we'll launch publicly when it's ready, not before.
Is NetQuiid only for people in the UK?
NetQuiid is for people in the UK. Telling us your country when you join helps us understand where people want NetQuiid next.
Is NetQuiid free?
Joining the NetQuiid community is free.
NetQuiid Free costs nothing and has no time limit. It includes Safe-to-Spend until payday, a 7-day forecast, your bills and subscriptions, alerts, the provider's own cancellation steps with no limit, one ready-written cancellation email a month, Lower your bills for one bill at a time, and households with up to two shared bills.
NetQuiid Plus is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. It adds the 30 and 90-day forecast, more what-ifs and Ask Quiid questions, train delay claims, reclaiming overdraft charges, Cancel for me (we send a signed letter to the provider for you), Negotiate for me (we send a signed request for a better price), with up to 2 letters we send for you each month, and more bank connections once they open. It also removes the Free limits on ready-written emails, price reviews and shared household bills.
Everyone who joins before we launch publicly gets Plus free until launch, with no card, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself. After launch you stay on Free unless you choose Plus, and founding members can have their first year for £29.99. You can cancel Plus online at any time.
Can my employer offer NetQuiid?
We'd like to hear from employers who want to support their team's money wellbeing. Email contact@netquiid.com to start a conversation. An employer would never see anyone's balance, bills or spending.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes, whenever you like. You can stop Plus at any time and keep using Free.
In the app, Leave NetQuiid in Account closes your account in moments and stops any Plus payments. In the community you can manage emails, download your data and delete your account from Your account.
Your bank and your data
Will NetQuiid connect to my bank account?
When NetQuiid launches, we plan to support bank connections through an FCA-authorised open banking provider, and only when you choose to connect.
Choosing the provider and building the connection is in progress.
Until then, you can use the app by typing in your current account balance and adding your bills and income yourself.
The current NetQuiid website does not ask for your online banking credentials or connect to your bank account.
How will NetQuiid protect my data?
On this website, we collect the information needed to operate the NetQuiid community, such as your email address and information you choose to provide.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
You can access the available data controls through your account.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data on the current NetQuiid website is handled.
The NetQuiid app has its own app Privacy Policy, which explains the extra information the app uses and how we protect it.
Can I share NetQuiid with my partner or housemates?
Yes. In the app you can start a household and invite the people you live with using a one-time code. They choose to join themselves.
Nothing is shared by default. You pick each bill to share, like rent or energy, and you can stop sharing at any time. Other members never see your balance, income, transactions or spending. Joining a household is free. On Free you can share up to two bills; on Plus, as many as you like.
Is this financial advice?
No. Nothing on this website is financial advice.
Feature descriptions explain what we're building, not what you should do with your money.
Building in public
Why are you building NetQuiid in public?
Most products are built first and users are asked what they think afterwards.
We want to do things differently.
Building NetQuiid in public lets people see what we're working on, suggest what they need, vote on ideas and follow the decisions we make as the product develops.
Who decides what gets built?
The NetQuiid team makes the final product decisions with input from the community.
Some features are fundamental to NetQuiid and we've committed to building them. Other features are candidates that the community can help us prioritise.
Votes are important, but we also consider safety, privacy, usefulness, feasibility, cost and regulation.
You can follow what we're planning and building on our roadmap.
Voting and ideas
How does community voting work?
Join the community and you can vote on features, suggest ideas and participate in shaping NetQuiid.
Your votes help us understand what matters most to the people who want to use the product.
Does the most-voted feature automatically get built?
No.
Votes are an important signal, but they aren't the only factor.
We also consider safety, privacy, usefulness, feasibility, cost and regulation before making product decisions.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes.
Members can submit ideas through the community.
Community ideas help us understand problems people want NetQuiid to solve and can influence what we consider building.
Are the votes real?
Yes.
Vote counts displayed by the NetQuiid community system come from the NetQuiid database.
We do not create fake vote counts, users or community activity.
Results from our social media polls are copied from each channel, with a link to the original post so you can check them yourself.
