Terms

Terms of use

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply to this website, where you can join the NetQuiid waitlist, vote on features and share ideas. They don't cover the NetQuiid app, which isn't live yet and will have its own terms.

By joining, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't create an account.

Who we are

This website is run by Veto Swarm Intelligence Ltd, trading as NetQuiid, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17002319.

Contact us at support@netquiid.com.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Each person may have one account.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to your email account secure.

Once account functionality is active, you will be able to delete your account from Your account.

Voting

Votes help us decide what to build next, but they aren't binding. We may build, delay or decide not to build any feature, whatever the vote says. We'll explain our decisions where we can.

Please vote honestly. Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools to vote isn't allowed, and we may remove votes or accounts that break this rule.

Ideas you send us

We love hearing ideas, and here's how we handle them so everything is clear:

  • Ideas are shared voluntarily and without payment.
  • By sending an idea, you give us a free, worldwide, permanent, non-exclusive right to use, change and build on it, in NetQuiid or anything else. You still own your idea and can use it yourself.
  • We may already be working on something similar, or receive the same idea from others, so sending an idea doesn't create any obligation for us to build it, credit you or pay you.
  • Please don't include personal, financial or confidential information in ideas.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or spam,
  • share other people's personal information,
  • try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the website,
  • use the website to advertise or promote other products.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

No financial advice

Nothing on this website is financial advice. Feature descriptions explain what we're building, not what you should do with your money.

Availability and changes

This website is an early preview and may change, pause or stop at any time. Features described here may change before launch or may not launch at all.

Our responsibility to you

We'll run this website with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our responsibility where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.

The website is free, so as far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.

Ending your account

Once account functionality is active, you can delete your account at any time.

We may close accounts that break these terms.

If we close the Build Lab, we will provide appropriate notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and provide appropriate notice if a significant change affects people using the Build Lab.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
