NetQuiid app

Terms of Service

Version 1.7 · In effect from 29 October 2026

The short version

  1. NetQuiid helps you understand your money and act on your recurring payments. It never moves your money.
  2. Our figures are estimates from the information we have. Check anything important before you act on it.
  3. When we help you cancel something, the provider decides. We only call it cancelled when they confirm it.
  4. NetQuiid Free costs nothing. NetQuiid Plus is a paid plan: you see the price and agree to it before you pay, and you can cancel in the app at any time.

This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.

1. Who we are

NetQuiid is a personal finance service operated by Veto Swarm Intelligence Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17002319, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom ("NetQuiid", "we", "us" or "our"). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC189766.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NetQuiid app at app.netquiid.com and our related services. You can contact us at support@netquiid.com.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

If you use NetQuiid as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

2. What NetQuiid does

NetQuiid helps you organise and understand your money and your recurring commitments. The app lets you:

  • see an estimate of what is safe to spend, a money timeline and a calendar of upcoming bills;
  • add your balance, income and one-off costs, and try a what-if before you make a decision;
  • track subscriptions, free trials, price rises and contract end dates, with reminders;
  • share the bills you choose with the people you live with, in a household;
  • ask questions about your money and get answers worked out from your own information (Ask Quiid);
  • get free official cancellation steps, or a cancellation notice you send yourself;
  • prepare claims and money tasks, such as a refund or compensation request, for you to submit.

NetQuiid never moves money, makes payments or holds your money. We do not read your email, we do not stop payments, and we only contact a provider on your behalf when you have authorised that specific request.

Bank connections. Bank connections run through an authorised open banking provider and are read-only. We will name the provider and show what it will access before you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

Your account includes the features the app shows you.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to use NetQuiid. You may have one personal account.

Please give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can change your password in Security.

You are responsible for activity on your account, except where a loss is caused by our breach of these Terms or of the law.

4. Information you give us

NetQuiid works from the information you enter, such as bills, subscriptions, contract dates, your payday and your safety buffer. Please only add information you are entitled to share.

Merchant names, amounts, dates and categories can be incomplete or wrong. Check important dates, amounts and contract details against the original provider or your bank.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect your information.

5. Safe to Spend, forecasts and other figures

NetQuiid calculates figures such as Safe to Spend, your money timeline and what is due before payday from the information available to it at the time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by missing or pending payments, wrong dates, changes in your circumstances or information we do not have.

A figure in NetQuiid is not a promise that money will be available, or that a purchase is affordable. Check your bank balance before making significant decisions.

6. Ask Quiid and AI

Ask Quiid answers questions using figures our own systems calculate from your information. It uses an AI model from a specialist AI provider to put those figures into plain words. The AI is not allowed to invent amounts about your money: if an answer contains a figure our systems did not provide, we do not show it.

If you ask it to research a purchase or a trip, it uses public web results. NetQuiid never buys or books anything for you, and prices must be confirmed with the seller.

AI answers can still be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Treat them as general information and check important amounts and dates before acting.

NetQuiid does not give regulated financial advice, investment advice, credit broking, legal advice or tax advice. Ask Quiid will not recommend investments, borrowing or financial products.

You stay responsible for your decisions about spending, saving, borrowing and cancelling contracts. If an answer looks wrong or concerning, tell us at support@netquiid.com.

7. Help with cancelling

When you choose to cancel something in Guard, NetQuiid shows you what it will do and what you need to do before anything happens. Depending on the provider, we may:

  • show you the provider's or app store's own official cancellation steps;
  • prepare a cancellation notice for you to send from your own email;
  • where we offer it on your account, prepare a Letter of Authority for you to sign, and send that one letter to the provider for you.

The provider decides whether and when your contract ends. Sending or submitting a request does not by itself end a contract, stop a payment, cancel a direct debit or remove an amount you owe.

We only show a cancellation as confirmed when there is evidence from the provider. Until then it shows as being verified.

The Cancellation Service Terms explain this in more detail and form part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • use NetQuiid unlawfully or to commit fraud;
  • enter information you know is false, or that you are not entitled to share;
  • send a cancellation or claim for an account that is not yours, unless you are authorised to act for its holder;
  • try to access another person's account or get around our security;
  • copy, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, except where the law allows it;
  • use automated tools in a way that harms the service or other members.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work hard to keep NetQuiid available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance, security work or problems with our suppliers can affect it.

We may change or remove features for security, legal, operational or product reasons. If a change significantly affects something you pay for, we will tell you in advance and give you any rights the law requires.

10. Fees

NetQuiid Free costs nothing. NetQuiid Plus is a paid plan with more features. Its price, what it includes, how renewal works and how to cancel are set out in our Paid Plan Terms, which apply when you subscribe. We will never charge you without your clear agreement.

Cancelling NetQuiid Plus, or deleting your NetQuiid account, never cancels a subscription or contract you track in NetQuiid.

11. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the NetQuiid name, brand, software, design and content.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NetQuiid for its intended purpose while your account is open.

You keep any rights in the information you enter. You allow us to use it only as needed to provide and secure the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile, Data and privacy. Deletion removes your account and the information linked to it from our live systems straight away.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate fraud or misuse, keep the service secure or comply with the law. Where it is appropriate and lawful, we will explain why and give you a chance to put things right.

13. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by information that you or a third party gave us that was wrong, by a provider's decision, by an outage at a third party, or by not checking an important date or getting a provider's confirmation, unless our own acts or omissions caused them.

14. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email support@netquiid.com. Our Complaints Procedure explains what happens next and how long it takes.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, the law or our operations change. We keep every version we have published, and we record which version you accepted.

If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it applies and ask you to accept it again where needed. If you do not agree, you can stop using NetQuiid and delete your account.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
