Paid Plan Terms

Version 1.0 · In effect from 22 October 2026

The short version

  1. NetQuiid Plus costs £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. You see the price and renewal terms before you pay.
  2. New members get 14 days of Plus free, with no card. The trial ends by itself and never turns into a paid plan.
  3. Plus renews until you cancel. You can cancel in the app in a few taps and keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
  4. You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing and get a refund, less any part of the period you have already used.

This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.

1. About these terms

These Paid Plan Terms apply when you subscribe to NetQuiid Plus. They form part of our Terms of Service, which still apply. If the two conflict on anything about paying for Plus, these terms apply.

NetQuiid is operated by Veto Swarm Intelligence Ltd. For anything about your plan or a payment, contact us at billing@netquiid.com.

2. NetQuiid Free and NetQuiid Plus

NetQuiid Free costs nothing. It includes Safe-to-Spend until payday, a 7-day Money Timeline, your bills calendar, subscription tracking, trial, price-rise and contract alerts, the provider's own cancellation steps (always free, with no limit), one ready-written cancellation email a month, Lower your bills for one bill at a time, one kept what-if, one open Money Due Back item, a monthly allowance of Ask Quiid questions, one bank connection, households with up to two shared bills (joining a household is always free), and your security and data controls.

NetQuiid Plus includes everything in Free, plus:

  • a 30-day and 90-day Money Timeline, and Safe-to-Spend for the next 7 days and to the end of the month;
  • up to 10 kept what-ifs;
  • as many ready-written cancellation emails as you need, Lower your bills for all your bills at once, and as many shared household bills as you like;
  • a larger, fair-use allowance of Ask Quiid questions each month;
  • the full Money Due Back service, including train delay claims and any number of open items;
  • help asking your bank to refund overdraft charges;
  • Cancel for me, where we offer it: a signed letter we send to the provider for you. Where a provider only accepts post, we send cancellation letters First Class;
  • Negotiate for me, where available: a signed request that NetQuiid sends to your provider, asking for a better price. This feature is available as part of NetQuiid Plus, including during the free trial, subject to the applicable plan terms and service availability;
  • up to 2 letters a month that we send for you through Cancel for me and Negotiate for me together, counted by calendar month (UK time). A letter you withdraw before it is sent does not count;
  • more bank connections.

The app always shows the current allowances for each plan. Questions that help you cancel a subscription never count towards your Ask allowance.

We may improve what each plan includes. If we reduce what Plus includes in a way that matters to you, we will tell you before the change and you can cancel.

3. Prices

NetQuiid Plus costs £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.

Founding offer. Members who joined NetQuiid before we launched publicly can choose Plus at £29.99 for their first year. After that first year it renews at the annual price shown when you subscribe, unless you cancel. The offer can be used once.

We always show the price, how often you pay and the renewal price before you agree to pay.

4. Free trial

New members get 14 days of NetQuiid Plus free when they create an account. You do not need to give card details.

The trial ends automatically after 14 days and your account returns to NetQuiid Free. It never turns into a paid plan, and we never charge you for it.

Members who joined before we launched publicly keep Plus free until launch. They then return to NetQuiid Free unless they choose to subscribe, for example with the founding offer.

5. Paying and renewal

Payments are taken by our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment provider, to take the price you agreed at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews every year, on the date you first subscribed.

We will remind you before an annual plan renews, with the renewal date and price.

If a payment fails, our payment provider will try again over a few days. You keep Plus while it does. If the payment still cannot be taken, your account returns to NetQuiid Free.

6. Cancelling Plus

You can cancel at any time in the app, in Account, then Your plan, then Cancel plan. You can also email us.

When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will not charge you again. You can change your mind and keep Plus before that date.

If you leave NetQuiid (Account, then Leave NetQuiid), Plus stops straight away, we will not charge you again and your account is deleted. Leaving within 14 days of subscribing does not remove your right to a refund described below: email billing@netquiid.com.

Apart from your right to cancel described below, we do not refund part of a period you have already paid for, unless the law requires us to or something has gone wrong on our side.

7. Your right to cancel within 14 days

You can cancel NetQuiid Plus within 14 days of subscribing and get a refund. Because Plus starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request, we may keep an amount for the days you had it before you cancelled. Cancel in the app and email billing@netquiid.com to ask for your refund.

We will refund you using the payment method you used, within 14 days of you telling us.

8. Price changes

If we change the price of Plus, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies. The new price only applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.

9. Going back to Free

If your Plus plan or trial ends, your account returns to NetQuiid Free. We do not delete anything:

  • your Money Timeline shows 7 days again, and Plus views return if you subscribe;
  • kept what-ifs beyond the Free allowance stay saved, and you can use them again on Plus;
  • your Money Due Back items and requests stay in your account and you can still see them;
  • bank accounts you have already connected stay connected.

10. Questions and complaints

If you have a question about your plan or a payment, email billing@netquiid.com. Our Complaints Procedure explains what happens if you are unhappy.
